Cycles of Life Walk: February

This Cycles of Life Series will meet monthly, Sunday mornings, at the Broadmoor Massachusetts Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary in Natick, Ma.

Walking the same land and practicing in familiar sit spots offers the opportunity to become intimately attuned to how a particular environment changes with the cycles of seasons. We will experience the shifts in light and shadow, the migration of birds and the life spans of insects, plant life. We may be curious to notice the responsiveness of our own inner landscape to that through which we traverse and rest.

Each month we will begin our walk at the Sanctuary Center and follow the path along the pond, continue through forest, meadow and even riverside. Though the intention to follow the sam route monthly, we will adapt according to the wetaher and conditions of the trails.

*If it has rained or snowed and it is likely that ice or snow is covering the ground, please bring micro spikes for your boots.
