THREE THURSDAYS @ THE MFA

For each of three Thursday evenings this February we will visit an MFA special exhibit that, at a time when so many things seem uncertain, uncontrollable and even unreal, offer us historical perspective through images that illustrate the dialectical nature of life and offer us the possibility of transforming unimaginable hardship into expressions of love, liberation, and beauty.

Together, we’ll settle into mindful practices that support the holding of grief and joy, struggle and triumph, as equal parts of the whole. This is an invitation to reconnect with interdependence and belonging, and to celebrate the power of community and art to uplift and unite us all. Each week these gatherings will include both sitting and walking practices.
